Upon purchase, SnapPrompt grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application:

• On up to 2 devices that you own or control
• In accordance with these Terms

This license is perpetual for the version purchased, including minor updates. Major version upgrades may require additional purchase.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell your license
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Application
• Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Application to process content that violates any laws or third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

SnapPrompt and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of SnapPrompt and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos.

Content you create using SnapPrompt remains your property. We claim no ownership rights over your content.

5. Free Trial

SnapPrompt offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality. The trial:

• Requires no credit card information
• Automatically expires after 14 days
• Includes all features of the full version
• Can be converted to a full license at any time

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment: Full payment is required to activate a permanent license. We accept payment through secure third-party processors.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact support@snapprompt.app with your order details.

7. Updates and Support

Your license includes:

• Free minor updates and bug fixes
• Email support for technical issues
• Access to documentation and tutorials

Major version updates may be offered at a discounted price to existing customers but are not included in the original purchase.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Application will meet all your requirements
• The Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Application will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SNAPPROMPT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Application in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapPrompt from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Application
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you process using the Application

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Application ceases immediately
• You must delete all copies of the Application
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SnapPrompt regarding the Application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
